I just uploaded the Monday You Tube video of the week. Geeeee wiz it was a challenge! First, my one bulb was removed by somebody from my studio (I'm guessing my son), my sound effects in the evening was weird, my dog kept moaning in the background for his food and my internet was so slow, I could only publish this morning! But never mind, I got it done, without throwing the PC out the door or breaking anyone anyone's neck, so all is well that ends well.
I hope everybody has an awesome day and week. I will be adding pics of my stocked yarn to my pages today.

I haven't had a Sunday like this one in ages. Stay at home, lying around in my pj's, watching the snow on the Audensberg mountain, next to a fireplace.
My planned activities for today are knitting on my WIP's,baking a bread in abovementioned fireplace, making hot chocolate ( probably right after writing and publishing my blog post), eating lunch and if I get bored, making another project bag later today.
No trying to figure out how to get my YouTube channel more professional, finding marketing strategies for yarn selling, no running around for family stuff and sending my son ro the shops, so no going to the mall either.
I hope everybody else has a peaceful day too.
I need to go check on my bread and make that hot chocolate.

This is my newest YouTube post. I am keeping Fridays open for discussing the yarns I stock and use. This video is about Colours of Grace Sock weight Merino yarn.
I absolutely love it.
Hope you like the video!

Hallo from a Wintery Western Cape, South Africa.
After having this blog set up for months and not using it, I have now officially gotten my backside in gear and decided to start publishing posts.
I will be adding pages with the yarns I stock as well as their prices, so please check it out and contact me for orders.
As far as personal activities go, although I have up to a few months ago refused to knit, I have now started doing just that. I was very much certain that I would stick to crochet, but I have since discovered YouTube knitting channels and Ravelry and have all of a sudden become addicted to knitting needles.
I have actually finished a shawl! It is a free Ravelry pattern. The link is below. I made mine with Moya Aran Caresse with 5mm Addi Circular Needles. I used 3 balls/cakes in Cedar, Persian Green and another dark green of which I cannot remember the name right now.
This was a weekend knitting project, but it took me about 5 days to finish with the many distractions that was added on during the course of time. Either way, I loved it! I love the pattern. Thankyou Annett Cordes for the beautiful design. The one thing I did do differently was to switch from garter stitch to stockinet stitch, but that is personal preference. Oh, and although this goes without saying, I LOVE my yarn (wouldn't sell it if I didn't)
Below you will see the finished product.
On that note, I will love you and leave you until next time.
